Gear Box: Mild steel body heavy duty gear box for smooth working hoist is designed in accordance with IS-3938, hoist is designed in modular construction which simplifies repair maintenance. The hoist frame is fabricated from machine steel bolted type. The rope drum is made from seamless pipe or fabricated steel with spiral grooves. All gears are made from carbon/alloy steel with accurate hob cut helical gear having hardness 250 to 300 BHN running oil bath lubrication.
